The Age-Friendly Global Network is hosted by a Global Secretariat hosted at Arizona State University, within the Center for Innovation in Healthy and Resilient Aging. The Secretariat's work is supported by an Executive Council of representatives of the three founding partner universities.

Representatives of the Regional Leads serve in an Advisory Capacity to inform the activities of the Global Network.
